The Book That Changed My Life (and why that should matter to YOU)

Ace of Sales

I'm new to Charlotte. I moved here because of this book. In 2006, I was living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - attending Marquette Law at night, running a sales team by day, and raising two young daughters. One evening I stopped at Borders to purchase Windows Server 2003 for Dummies (I had become the ad hoc network admin at my company) and I happened to stumble on Jeffrey Gitomer's Little Red Book of Selling. I read a few pages and found myself laughing out loud, nodding in agreement, and running to the cashier to pay. I devoured the book and began to implement each of the 12.5 principles of sales greatness almost immediately. I had always been good at sales. But I had never been this good. I quadrupled my sales within six months - and within two years I was selling nearly 10 times what I had in the past.

During the process I realized I loved training my sales team more than anything. I helped 21 people to put more money in their pockets, to enjoy selling more than they ever had before, and to destroy the competition.

A few more years went by, serendipity kicked in, and now I find myself in Charlotte as CEO of Jeffrey Gitomer's company. I travel the country training sales teams and speaking to companies about customer loyalty, attitude, social media, and sales.

I've recently become a member of the Charlotte Junior Chamber and I am excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to attend my workshop at a significant discount. We've never offered a discount before, but I am so passionate about the Junior Chamber and about helping young professionals to become more successful that I was able to convince my team to knock $200 off the workshop price.

If you're in sales, if you're looking for a job, if you want to learn to differentiate yourself from your competition, if you want to learn how to compete in this economy - this workshop will be the BEST investment you will have made in your career.

Details here: (be sure to use the discount code "jaycees" for $200 off)

The Jaycees Creed

We believe that faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life; that the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations; that economic justice can best be won by free men through free enterprise; that government should be of laws rather than of men; that earth’s greatest treasure lies in human personality; and that service to humanity is the best work of life.
